With just a verbal assurance that funding is virtually certain,with the builder itching to get on site by the 21st and a deadline to complete all work by the end of the financial year, we have taken the decision to delay no longer and to begin clearing the building, putting in safe storage all that needs storing, taking down and selling off or junking anything we cant reuse, and making the move of our activities to the drill hall.This began yesterday immediately after the market and will continue whenever any of us have time throughout this week.
If any Knighton folk can spare any time to help taking down, packing away, moving and possibly even a bit of decorating over at the drill hall if we can obtain permission, or if you have any storage space to offer (important one!), pleeeease contact us via this website, via our Facebook page or via our email asap.
