Bracken Trust

1st ThWednesday of every month from 9.30a.m. – 3.30 p.m.

As well as scheduled appointments, our drop-in service will be running, so please feel free to pop in for a cuppa and a chat.

 

Advice from the Hub

Tuesday & Thursday 10am – 1pm

Providing an advisory service to the community offering guidance, form filling, signposting and council assistance from the community centre by telephone, email, drop in and appointments.

PAVO Community Connector

The Service helps people in Powys (aged 18+) and their families or carers, to access community-level services and activities that will help them maintain independent lives and which help prevent their circumstances deteriorating to a point where they might need higher level health or social care services.

The service can also help support people when they return to home from hospital by helping other Third Sector services, such as Red Cross, identify additional local services that may be needed.

Knighton and Presteigne Leg Club

Based at the Reynolds Room in Knighton Community Centre every Thursday for treatment and/or advice.

Open 9.30 – 11.30am

Drop In Eatery

Thursdays 12 – 1.30pm

Enjoy a homemade lunch at the Centre once a week, as well as an opportunity to enjoy social interaction and access to external professional services.
