Pilates’ primary focus is on the core however, you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs.
Positions and movements used to activate core rely on extremities to control &/or apply loads to the core and likewise will benefit from Pilates.
This brand-new concept is a showbiz style full body workout, featuring iconic soundtracks from both Stage & Screen. Regardless of your dance ability this rehearsal will have you toe tapping and moving your body increasing your fitness levels. Having fun and exercising at the same time is the way forward and should never feel like a CHORE!!

From painting, sketching to using different mediums everyone one is welcome no matter what stage you are at in your artistic journey.

Strength, Balance & Flex aims to improve your strength and joint mobility; provide targeted balance exercises as well as some pulse raising exercises to keep your heart & lungs healthy.
Nina always provides lots of variety, small bite size exercises that are easy to follow AND lots of options that accommodate achy, arthritic joints, old injuries and the like.

2nd and 4th Friday, 1-3pm
Mid and North Powys Mind holds informal, social groups on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Afternoons 1-3pm.
The sessions run for 2 hours and offer an opportunity to meet other local people, support each other, engage in a creative activity, talk, or cook together. If you prefer just to pop in and have a cuppa rather than take part you are also very welcome.
