Join in the festivities for the coronation of King Charles III
Starting Friday evening at St Edwards Church with an Exhibition. Saturday includes the showing of the coronation on the big screen at the community centre with light refreshments. Knighton Museum will also be open 10am – 4pm.
Sunday we have the Big lunch at the community centre 12-2pm – PLease book here Coronation Big Lunch Survey (surveymonkey.co.uk) Followed by fun and entertainment for all the family at the Football ground 2-6pm (No need to book) Plus Lady Dj throughout the afternoon
For a more relaxing afternoon why not drop in to the Offa’s Dyke Tea party between 2 – 5 – Please book with Jenny / Angelique or use Coronation Tea at the Offa’s Dyke Centre Survey (surveymonkey.co.uk) and again Knighton Museum will also be open 10am – 4pm
To finish sunday there will be an Choral Evensong with the Llanfair singers at St Edwards Church from 6pm
Monday we have the Town Clear up 10am – 12pm – Lets get the town looking great for summer – followed by BBQ at Watsons for those helping with the clean. Knighton Museum will also be open 10am – 3pm
